Your purchase will be despatched as soon as possible after your order is received, normally using the Royal Mail 48-hour tracked service. 

I only ship routinely within the UK at the moment. If you are elsewhere, please contact me about the piece you're interested in so that I can offer you shipping options before you  purchase. Please be aware that import duties and other taxes may be payable on receipt.

I package all items securely, often double-boxing, using as little plastic as possible. The packaging peanuts I use are made of compostable cellulose which dissolve in water or in a compost bin. Where I do use plastic or expanded polystyrene, it is recycled from supplier deliveries or unwanted packaging  donated by friends.

Please contact me if you have any problems with your delivery as soon as possible, so that I can try and help.

In the event of breakage during shipping, I will try and replace the item but please bear in mind that this may take three to four weeks if a similar item is not in stock and I have to make it from scratch. In the event of the piece being irreplaceable, I will offer reimbursement.
